Cville Design Week 2019

The Charlottesville Design Week is a festival with events that range from critiques, firm tours, talks, and more. The festival aims to cultivate a sense of community and elevate the public perception of design.

Everyone on the board of Tuesday Design Society supported the festival with planning, collateral, identity, and marketing leading up to October of 2019.

Increase overall reach and attendance from the design week's previous festivals.

  • Sarah Beth Martin: Shirt and tote bag illustration, Forum animations, logo, and social media
  • Lucas Czarnecki: Visual identity, program booklets, pullup banners, posters, and website design
  • Laura Cox: Firm Crawl guide and illustration, pullup banners, social media, and buttons
  • Other assisting members: Jackie Temkin, Jim Efstathiou

Traditionally, the festival predominately utilized yellows and blues in its branding. In 2019, the palette expanded to include additional secondary colors.
